  • How frequent are the sessions? Daily? Weekly?Monthly?
Every client is different depending on what you are working towards and frequency is flexible (you don't have to stick to the same schedule throughout). My recommendation for sessions is to have them anywhere between weekly and bi-weekly with an element of flexibility built in, this tends to work for most. You will need time to reflect on your most recent session and also to carry out the 'homework' that I give you. The issue most clients have is that they look forward so much to the next session, the wait can seem like a long time!
  • What happens after my six Life Coaching sessions are over?
After you have been through the six session program, you will be armed with the tools and means to be your own biggest supporter! However, I am aware that we all need a boost sometimes, so you will be granted a year's complimentary access to a private premium membership where I will post exclusive content providing you with resources, tools and information to remind you of your journey. Amongst other resources and events, I hold an interactive Q&A session in the group regularly, giving you the opportunity to ask me questions, or update me on your progress. The content is evolving all of the time so you will feel supported and will have the opportunity to suggest content that you would like to be included.
  • If I book, will you coach me personally? Or could I get a substitute Life Coach?
If you book a Life Coaching program through this website, you will always get me, Annie Campbell as your Life Coach. When you book me... you get me!
  • Is Life Coaching your full time business?
Yes! I am a full time, dedicated certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner and I offer appointments 5 days a week. Unlike some other Life Coaches, this is not a side hustle for me (although I have nothing against side hustles...they are a fantastic bridge to get from where you are to where you want to be). I have already reached my goals of living a life of freedom. I'm doing exactly what I love in an environment that I love. There is no other job that will get in the way of my coaching practice. There are also many coaches out there who offer long lists of services in addition to Life Coaching, to many different markets. It can be confusing sometimes to understand if they have the specialised skills to help you. I specialise in women like us. By focusing on you and women just like you, I became an expert in helping you. It's a little bit like if you needed specific medical help. You would first go to your General Practitioner, a doctor with lots of general medical knowledge, working very hard to give a great service to many people with so many different ailments, eventually your doctor will refer you to a specialist, someone who focuses completely on your needs, someone with expert knowledge in that area who can really help you. I am passionate about creating a world where black women thrive, and my dedication shines through in the success of my clients. It's who I am, it's what I know, It's what I do.
  • What is NLP?
Along with Life Coaching techniques and tools, I am also an NLP Practitioner which means you get the benefit from not only standard Life Coaching techniques but also the long lasting benefits of NLP! NLP, which stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming, is a powerful psychological approach that explores the connection between our thoughts, language, and behaviour. It focuses on understanding and influencing the patterns of thinking and communication we engage in to achieve personal growth and effective communication with others. NLP involves studying the ways in which we process information internally, such as through our senses and thoughts. By recognising how you create meaning from your experiences, I can use NLP to help you improve your self-awareness, overcome limitations, and acquire new skills. I can provide you with techniques for personal development, goal setting, motivation, and resolving conflicts that you can use for the rest of your life. Through NLP practices and methods like anchoring (associating desired states with particular triggers), reframing (changing perceptions of situations), or modelling (learning from successful behaviours), you can gain more control over your thoughts and emotions. This can lead to you having enhanced personal relationships, increased confidence, improved performance at work or in sports, reduced stress levels, and overall well-being.
